Our mobile app allows employees and managers to carry out select HR tasks including holiday booking and management from anywhere via their mobile device

Mobile app features

  1. Employee directory

    Access a directory of employees with key contact information including email addresses and work and mobile numbers from wherever you are.

  2. Holiday entitlement and booking

    Employees can see their holiday entitlement, whether they have any holidays booked for the future, and make and revise holiday requests.

  3. Manage holiday bookings

    Managers can manage holiday requests made by members of their team as they come in in real-time, from wherever they are.

Employees and managers can see a ‘holiday snapshot’ showing whether they or members of their team have any holidays booked in the next thirty days, simplifying project management processes


Holiday requests can be managed in a couple of clicks from managers’ ‘manage holidays’ tab. Holiday entitlement is automatically worked out for full and part-time employees


Managers are also alerted as to whether another member of the team has requested holiday for the same date(s), mitigating the risk that two employees might be off when either or both of them are needed


Access contact details of new employees instantly: the employee directory automatically updates whenever a new starter is added to the web-based system

The mobile app does not currently support holiday requests for Variable Hours users or where two-level approvals is enabled.
