In particular, the judges seem to be looking for a strong narrative about people strategies that are ideally suited to the business and which can be shown to have made a genuine difference to employees and the success of the organisation.

You will need to submit your entry online by Monday 6th March 2017, so you still have a couple of weeks left to pull together a powerful submission.
The award winners will then be announced at the HR Excellence Awards gala dinner and awards ceremony on 27th June at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
